Vertical Tease (Formerly Tease Fitness Boutique) is a non-gym fitness center, servicing women who want to break the monotony of their current fitness program. We are located in the Historic South End district of Charlotte on the Light Rail system. We are surrounded by many shops and restauraunts and are a hop skip and a jump away from the famous Design Center.


Vertical Tease is the perfect option for women at any fitness level who don’t want to go to the gym, are bored with their workouts,or for the woman who is just easing back in to working out.Women have the opportunity to participate in group fitness classes without having to sign a contract, obtain costly memberships, fees or dues. Our classes are designed to promote healthy women by developing their confidence, strength, and beauty through challenging and fun workout programs.

Vertical Tease offers a variety of group fitness classes ranging from Zumba to Pole Dance Fitness. We rotate our classes every 6 weeks and keep our class sizes small and intimate, so that our clients don’t get lost in the crowd, and have the opportunity to actually connect with their instructors.

We offer pay as you go options, in addition to class packages which can be purchased to offer greater savings to our clients so that you can come as often or as little as you like!
