Bellydance Beginner So...You wanna dance! This class will not only give you the basic fundamentals you need, we're going to put them together for you in a fun beginner choreography! This class runs as a 4 week session so you won't want to miss a class - each one builds on the week before. You will get a warm-up, review of the moves from previous weeks, new moves, zills (yes, finger cymbals!), and then a new part of the choreography. By the end of the session you will have an entire choreography to show family and friends. *Recommended for the beginner student or complete newbie. 30mins

An intense one hour class that blends traditional yoga with ballet bar exercises to specifically target legs, hips, glutes and abs. This class is a "two-fer": it provides the stretching, strengthening and relaxation of yoga plus the serious toning of bar work. No prior yoga experience is necessary. This class teaches the foundation to the art of pole dancing: sensual movement, body strengthening & toning, increasing flexibility, beginner pole tricks and confidence. This class is for our Beginner students wanting more than just a sampler. There are basic pole movements to learn at this level including the “walk” around the pole, spins, floor work & strength training. Increase your confidence and unleash your sexiness, as you learn how to skillfully “work” the pole. We encourage you to be patient, as it takes time and practice to dance like a professional; but you'll be amazed at how much strength & skill you build each week. Students are usually ready to move from this level in 6 weeks depending on how often they take classes and practice. (No Drop-Ins) 1 hr

This class will help you develop a better understanding of pole work by challenging you with basic and intermediate level spins, various position holds, more focus on transitions and combos.1hr. This class is for our advanced students only who have successfully completed Pole Diva 101! You have all the beginner spins mastered and are ready for spins involving one arm, one leg, and spinning combinations. You'll start flipping upside down and performing aerial tricks. We will even teach you how to hold on to the pole without using your hands, and how to maneuver your body sideways and lift your feet midair. This class is not for brand new students to pole dance! This class does require short shorts as you'll need skin to hold on to the pole. (No Drop-Ins) 1hr

This exclusive,introductory pole class is designed for our sophisticated ladies 40 and over, to release their inhibitions and express their feminity through vertical dance. 45mins *40 and Over Only!
Learn how to walk, sway, pivot, and dance with poise, while wearing your favorite stilettos. This class is open to beginners as well as more advanced students in pole dancing. Bring your own high heels, that are no greater than 5 inches, to join this class, and we will teach you a choreographed routine to perform in your stilletos. 1hr
Open Pole classes are for students of all levels to come and practice their skills. This is a great way for beginners to see advanced students and what to look forward to. You can practice on whatever you like, pole spins, poses, climbing, strength training or sensual dance and floor work. This class doesn't have a set structure, it’s free style! The Instructor will be available to help you with whatever tricks you need help with. 1hr
This is our combo class where you will learn a seductive, choreographed chair and pole dance routines. Learn how to make eye connections as you dance, and the power to hypnotize with every move, as in this class we will focus on transitions, and how to put all your moves together to develop a routine. This class is open to everyone. 1hr
